Vendor Registration

This Independent Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Three Birches LLC, a Georgia-based company ("Three Birches"), located at 200 Hickory Flat Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30004, United States, and RIS Limousine, independent vendor ("Vendor") providing (Limos & Transport) service and/or products, located at 110 Nathans Ridge, Ball Ground, GA 30107. This Agreement establishes a professional marketing, referral, and venue partnership to support business growth while outlining the rules, responsibilities, and compliance requirements.

Agreement Terms

This Agreement applies to all independent vendors providing services before or during events at Three Birches LLC. It ensures the property remains clean, safe, and compliant with City of Alpharetta rules and regulations.

General Rules and Responsibilities

1. Business License & Insurance: Vendors must hold a valid business license and carry liability insurance. A current business license and certificate of insurance must be provided. Any property damage will be deducted from the client’s security deposit or the vendor’s insurance.
2. Vendor Accountability: Vendors are responsible for the actions of all individuals associated with their staff.
3. Prohibited Items: The use of fireworks, explosives, or any incendiary devices is strictly forbidden under all circumstances. Any vendor found violating this policy will face immediate removal from the premises, potential legal consequences, and permanent disqualification from future events at Three Birches LLC. This rule is enforced to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and property.
4. Tape & Equipment Usage: Any tape applied to walls, floors, or furnishings must be pre-approved. Electrical cords must be taped and secured. Equipment must not block aisles or exits and must comply with fire codes.
5. Power Supply: Vendors must provide their own extension cords.
6. Parking: Delivery vehicles must use designated areas and move to the parking lot immediately after unloading. Parking in front of the facility, on the street, or on the grass is not allowed.
7. Professionalism: Vendors must dress and conduct themselves professionally at all times.
8. Alcohol and Drug Policy: Vendors are strictly prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol or drugs on Three Birches LLC property. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises, termination of vendor privileges, and potential legal consequences. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain professionalism, ensure guest safety, and uphold the integrity of events hosted at our venue.
9. Compliance with Laws: Vendors must adhere to all applicable laws and ordinances and refrain from illegal activities.
10. Clean-Up Responsibilities: Vendors are strictly required to remove all decorations, trash, and debris before leaving. All food items must be properly disposed of, ensuring no waste is left behind. All caterers and food vendors must use heavy-duty trash bags and replace full trash cans promptly during the event and immediately after. Full trash bags must be securely tied and placed in the designated trash containers near the prep area. Failure to comply with these cleanup responsibilities may result in penalties, additional cleaning fees, or exclusion from future events at Three Birches LLC.
11. Noise Ordinance: Vendors such as DJs, musicians, performers, bands, etc., must comply with the City of Alpharetta and Cherokee County, Georgia, Noise Ordinance, which requires indoor sound levels to be significantly reduced and outdoor sound to stop between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. 12. Event Timing: Vendors must enter and leave within the client’s event rental period. Additional setup or cleanup time must be pre-arranged.
13. Payment Collection: Vendors are responsible for collecting payments directly from their clients.
14. Security of Equipment: Three Birches LLC is not responsible for vendor equipment or materials left on the premises.
15. Storage Restrictions: Vendors must remove storage containers, boxes, and non-essential items before the event begins. Storage space is not available.
16. Policy Violations: Vendors who fail to comply with these policies may be asked to leave and may be prohibited from future events at Three Birches LLC.
17. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for transporting and handling their own equipment, decorations, chairs, tables, and supplies.
18. Liability: Three Birches LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
19. Required Tools: Vendors must bring their own necessary tools, including ladders and cables.
20. Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Vendors must inform their staff and ensure compliance.
